There's no point really. Arch is already being compiled with a few optimization flags. I hardly doubt there would be much/any difference. And even if there would be a difference it would be around 1%-ish. Definitely not worth the hassle. Unless you're bored of course. Then go for it!!

When I loading using rEFInd from HDD I can see Arch Linux item to load, and it's loaded correctly. There is also Windows 8 system to load - menu showing and system loaded correctly.
